If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container and in resalable condition for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 60 days from your date of purchase. Please email or call our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the shipment date to receive return instructions. We cannot guarantee a refund on products returned without contacting us first.
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods, so we can file a claim with the shipper.
